I know what you're thinking: he looks virtually identical to his previous version, right? Well, he differs in that he can now 'transform' without needing to add pieces, which would be cheating! I've done this by hollowing out his torso and stuffing the purple arm inside. Don't worry, the video explains everything. In addition, his ribcage and spinal column are much easier to see, in the pictures on the right.
Endeavour, the jolly fat man, is on the left; Toxic, the corrupted form, is on the right.

When it comes to rate MOCs made by Rahiden, I have no confidence in my rating system anymore ... I can't really apply it on them in many ways, becasue there are basically never any things one could complain about. Nevertheless, I'm gonna keep my system as it is. It would be unfair for other MOCers if I would make the MOCs of people like Rahiden the maximum of my rating system. There are many more ways in which his MOCs outclass the 'usual MOCs' than vision, originality, technique and impact.
The vision only got a reduction by half a star from me, because there some details which don't work out totally, they do in there own way, but they did better in his previous version, in my opinion: His lower back was blue in his previous version, which supported the trousers look. His shoulders are higher now, this gives him a more 'mighty' than 'fat' look, which is questional, considering his theme. There are some dark grey spots visible on his torso, which slightly interferes with his overall look, but that problem might be difficult to be solved.
Believe me, there's hardly any MOCer I could use the ultra_hard_critque_mode on. On other MOCs, it would just end up in a pretty long list of failures. I don't like to use it myself, because it is the way with which I look at my own MOCs always xD
Now the positive things: A gorgeous color scheme and color distribution! The use of parts is a lot of fun to look at: The Gali masks and the golden Ignika on his lower back, the old rahkshi, bohrok and slizer/throwbot parts on the legs (it's nostaltic seeing all those parts in one place) and the newer HF parts on the whole torso, which create that perfect overall shape of the body.
The originality is first class! The idea of a fat egg shaped man with a gold/blue color scheme and even a transformable second version is fascinating. Things like this are what we need in the MOCing world! Normal humanoids are always big bulky and 'beautiful' to look at. This bores me for some time now, seeing something different like this is a relief!
The technique can't be complained about as well. It looks like every detail of this MOC has been created with the fitting technique. The layering of parts works good as well. I just can't find things to complain about on this end. Only the MOCer himself may know problem section of this MOC, I can't see any.
The Impact is not 'perfect'. Impact is a difficult and mostly personal thing to judge. I am amazed by this MOC, but I can't say that its an innovation within MOCing. After using my new rating system, it's hard to give ANY MOC five stars within that section.
Nevertheless, this is once again an amazing MOC by the MOCer Rahiden! A nice addition to a MOCing community which has a lot of 'skinny' MOCs, where it seems like being thin means being cool. I often imagine one of these MOCs getting stomped by a heavy armored MOC like this one! ^^
Here we are once again with a seemingly unchanged creation made by Rahiden. However, this "2.0" version to his Endeavour and Toxic M.O.C has - quite possibly - become one of the most ingenious designs I've seen. If you didn't see his Youtube review of this behemoth, he explains that the body is hollow, allowing for much less hassle for the transformation into Toxic. I LOVE how it works - its surprisingly easy and requires little...not effort...but little annoyance. The idea for a hollow body makes it seem like a Transformer whos body parts tuck inside itself for it to become a smart car.
For this next part, I'll be speaking in terms of Lego pieces and how easily or difficult it is for them to be used in places other than what they're intended for. The gold side pieces, originally used for a series called "Piraka", is used for their chests. I, being a Bionicle creator myself, would have never thought of using it to not only create more bulk, but as part of the torso. Another example are the gold front areas of the shoulders. Originally, these were used as a mask piece. Again, ingenuity allows this piece to blend in without becoming an eyesore.
Onto the second persona, Toxic. Despite taking up a small amount of Endeavour, it shows that the evil is slowly eating away at this person and is replacing it with a demon. The lankiness of the arm creates a polar opposite to the bulky figure.
Of course, the vision was to simply fix the the problems of the previous, so there isn't too much to be put there. The impact could only be called upon for ideas for figures or artwork. Otherwise, the originality and the technique used in this second version is defiantly "five-star".
I like the design you made, really cool. Although, the more I look at it, the more I feel as though his inside, or the corrupted bit, is kinda breaking out of his body. Personally, I like my creepy idea, like there's some kind of creature in him that's tearing its way out.
Wow. Your stuff is amazing dude, I'm going through your gallery now. I'm quite jealous of your skill in creating these guys. I always have ideas but can't always pull them off. I'm more of an illustrator haha but again, i really really love this one. Especially that you only have to take off one arm for him to transform. Awesome. And all the little details like the spine and rib cage. Awesome job.
